Bev became my manager in 1995 and from the minute we meet she was a very different kind of manager, rather than criticising she was encouraging and supportive, she saw the goals I wanted to achieve and and started to teach, mentor and encourage me to be able to reach and surpass my goals, these are amazing qualities and encouragement is such an empowering asset.
